Static exact payments

Router-backed Solana compatibility applies only to fixed-price routes. Dynamic cap and MPP session modes remain on their supported rails.

Proof before claims

• Configure a dedicated Solana seller address without exposing its secret key.
• Enable the isolated SVM rail explicitly; do not replace Base.
• Verify one unpaid HTTP 402 contract with Base and Solana choices.
• Run one separately approved buyer-funded Solana paid retry.
• Require HTTP 200 delivery, USDC settlement proof, replay protection, and rollback proof.
